Hands On Tiny House Workshop w/ Deek: Carolina Beach NC

If you’re looking for a hands on tiny house workshop there’s no better way to learn while having fun than one of Derek “DEEK” Diedricksen’s workshops where you get to not only learn but gain experience with:

  • Salvage construction
  • Building decks
  • Working with pallets
  • Repairing windows
  • Building your own doors
  • Framing
  • Using power tools

And much more! Not to mention, you get to hang out and do all of this with a handful of other like minded tiny house people. If you ask me, there’s no better crowd of people to be around.

This workshop is in Kure Beach, NC and you’ll get to build alongside Andrew Odom (Tiny r(E)volution), Palo Coleman, Jim Shippey, Roy St. Clair, Dustin Diedricksen (Deek’s brother), Steven Harrell (of Tiny House Listings), your fellow tiny house enthusiasts, and more!

Man! As soon as I move out West, somebody starts having a bunch of workshops in NC from which I moved! No fair! Lol! Actually, I am glad to see the movement making its way to the Carolinas, and especially if it’s Deek! Yo, man! Put on your drawl and prop your chair against the wall. North Carolina is going to luv’ ya’! That’s just how we are in the South. Don’t forget your fishing pole! 🙂

Recently relocated family to wilmington for a simple tiny home beach life but no tiny homes- we need the movement to come to NC and my family needs someone to help make our dream a reality!
