I’ve seen this THOW before and really like it. I love the bathroom right off the bedroom. For a Senior, this is ideal. I would be very interested in purchasing this build (as I have thought of it often) but the truth is, I have no place to put it. Until the whole question of land use, codes and regulations gets addressed, there are going to be a lot of us who just hang here in limbo waiting to move forward with our tiny houses. I wish the builders would approach President Trump and get the road blocks removed so THOWs could be recognized as valid residences without all the bureaucracy and speed bumps local governments are insisting on (at the behest of the big build foundation houses with big price tags and big taxes that grease all those palms.) As US citizens, we have just as much of a right to own the kind of house we want as the people who are represented by the Real Estate monopoly and the Chamber of Commerce.
I do not think our president even cares whether he cares about us peasants.
Amen, Silver Gypsy. I live in upstate NY and there are no tiny houses or tiny house communities up here. I wrote to a local developer who is building tons of high-end low-rises for the well-heeled, but no affordable housing in Saratoga Springs. I emphasized that he could become very popular building a nice tiny home community that people who work here can afford. I haven’t heard back from him. I still look for tiny houses for sale. As a retiree, cost is important.

Thank-you for opening my eyes to ” TinyHouseLiving”, i am overjoyed with all the designs, so interesting to look at and think over. My problem is i do not like doors and cupboards. I know we just leave them of, or do not include in floor plan.
