Wow! So Texan…beautiful, clever, totally awesome. The exterior is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the log beams over the living area. The bedroom is very roomy and very pretty, and the nostalgic touches are precious. Great job! Hope our paths meet some day so I can see it in person. Happy travels!

I so wanted to see this at the Earth Day in Dallas, but the lines were so long. I absolutely love what you have done, and now excited to get mine started. Good luck traveling. I envy you a little, but just a little, lol.

I have been following this site and others regarding small and tiny houses. I am ready to hear the experiences of people who have LIVED in their house for more than a year, who are willing to tell the truth about what they liked and what they would do differently. New builds are no longer of interest. Thanks

Nice looking tiny! I am in love with the design of the exterior – the extra gable and the pointed arch over the lovely french doors, and the shingles on the loft dormer along with the more standard siding elsewhere. I also flipped for the idea of having one long uninterrupted counter! I am assuming that they pull counter height stools up for meals, computer use or just having a cup of tea in the morning. The peeled polished-looking tree trunks as floor joists for the loft are beautiful. Really so well done! Congratulations. Enjoy your year on the road!

Beautiful house. I love that you implemented old materials from other sources and have great head room and partial standing in loft. Love the big couch too. Great job!!!

How big is this house? Length and width. Beautiful.

This home has curb appeal! Finally, a loft that a couple can enjoy! Great job!

Perhaps, follow up stories to these families that go tiny in years to come would be helpful to prepare and accomplish the same dream. I would love to see how disabled people build and live tiny for years to come. Plus, what happens when a person with an off the grid tiny home on wheels or not becomes sick or disabled? These are questions that keep me from feeling comfortable to make the change to tiny house living.
