Just under 200 square foot tiny house on wheels. House was built with the help of a contractor in Colorado.

This house has some special touches and was mindfully planned and constructed. The trailer and plans for the house are from tiny house building companies to ensure sound design and planning.

The house has sheep’s wool insulation, 7 windows, a door with window, and a skylight in the loft for loads of natural light.

Some of the aesthetic touches include the live edge russian olive window sills, a custom walnut fold out table, barn wood wall accents from old barns in CO, beetle-kill pine from CO, reclaimed cedar siding, and shou sugi ban loft flooring. The woodstove is a model made by a gentleman in Canada and keeps the tiny nice and cozy in winter.

The house is secured to a 20′ tiny house trailer (the storage shed hangs off the back) and the house is 8.5′ at its widest point and just under 13.5′ tall.

The house is compatible with an extension cord at 15 amps or to plug in to 30 amp RV park systems. There is a holding tank for water under the sink and a shower on the adjacent wall. There’s a propane hot water heater and electrical pump under the sink as well.

There is space in the bathroom for what ever kind of toilet you desire to install. The house also has a spacious 10 cu ft refrigerator and 3 burner propane stove.

Serious inquiries only, please. We are interested in a cash offer. $35000 OBO

The couch pictured is removable if desired. Most artwork, decor, and organizers are negotiable to stay with the house.

Thank you for looking.

Tell me something Alex! Why are all the lofts always built over the kitchen area, when they could make it over the living area? To me the height wouldn’t have been much difference if they were, would they? Though those THOW are impressive and well made, but seeing the lofts over the kitchen, that kind of me off sometimes.

Another thing too, I’ve been meaning to mention that although I only browse through the newsletters you sent, and sometimes comment on them. I am still waiting for the right tiny house that will suit me and my fixed income, before I make plans to built one. Thank you for sending the tiny house news letters, I really enjoy looking through them.

they do that because people generally don’t mind a lower ceiling in their kitchen/bath because they don’t spend quite as much time there but don’t want to feel claustrophobic in their living area.

A very sad excused for a supposedly customized tiny home.

I am very shocked…I would never spend that much for what I’m seeing. I guess all that matters is that the owner is happy with it but I’m amazed at the lack of quality there.

Love the bay out over the tongue. That hanging cabinet is cute, too.

I could see $15,000.00-$18,000.00. Trouble with this new idea is, everyone has jumped on board to make money and stick it to the poor again. These thing were meant to be built on the cheap to live in.

Normally, I’m not a fan of reclaimed siding for interior use, but this build is darling. Love the bay over the tongue, love the fold out table in the bay, and I think the stack for the stove outside gives the place a Hobbit feel; love it. Cute as can be. If I were ready to buy, I’d come have a serious look at this. Great job. Homey and cozy. I don’t think this will be around too long.

Quarter-walls partially-enclosing the loft gives a snug cosy safe-space feel. Thumbs up!

Some people might mount a woodstove at floor-level to reduce stratification. Some people might.

Please, mount a powered exhaust hood over the range and stove to vent cooking heat and moisture outside. And a gas kitchen like this burns oxygen while generating Carbon Monoxide. So…

…a gas kitchen plus a woodstove probably should have at least a couple CO detectors around the living space. Some people might think one plus a couple backups would be a good idea.

From these photographs, our office believes US$35,000 is probably at the high end of realistic. The free market == a willing buyer and a willing seller == will confirm/disprove this.
