What a great layout! One of the better Tiny Homes I’ve seen…

I wish they had a picture of the other side of the house – you can’t see the dormer on the second floor that the bedroom shot clearly shows from the inside – also, where the hell is that bathroom? It has a SKYLIGHT – so it’s either in an addition off the far side of the house, or it’s on the second floor too. Personally, I’d guess in a side addition, because from the angle of the wall, if it were on the second floor, it would have to occupy the same space as the stair to the loft.

Otherwise, I like this one – lots of storage in the kitchen area – a tad cramped, but livable, and a USEABLE sink – something that all too many tiny houses lack.

The bathroom with the skylight is in the front of the home where it’s going out past the porch, painted brown and shaded with trees.

Ahh, yes – thank you for pointing that out.

I still wanna see the second floor dormer tho. ^_^

Personally, this is one of my favorite cottages. I like how there is a place for everything.

Very nicely done!!! I like how you put cabinets above the sink area instead of wasted space like so many do and there is an actual stove instead of a cook top. I liked the sleeping area also. The only thing I would have done differently is putting bigger windows in so there is more light, but that is just personal preference. ☺

There seems to be a shed dormer on one side. That’s why the wall is tall enough for the Windows. I believe that’s why you see the one wall with an angle in the drywall. Nice place!

Love this. Small but still spacious enough to be live able long term. Would love to know the square footage.
