This is the cozy Chalet Tiny House on Wheels by Molecule Tiny HomesĀ in Santa Cruz, California.

The build includes stunning details like adorable arched doors and windows and an off-the-loft balcony! I love the stonework in the kitchen and bathroom, and it even has excellent safety rails on the stairs and bedroom loft. Plus, those little green shutters are just adorable.

See contact details for the builder below!

Love the front porch and bathroom. The kitchen is small but adequate for someone who doesn’t do much cooking.

Love, love this. Very unique! The only things I would change is, it needs an oven and the sink and toilet are too close. It would be hard to clean.

I do love an oven šŸ™‚

I didn’t think about cleaning the toilet, I’m more worried about SITTING on it! There is a reason toilets need to be away from the wall just a little. Also, try leaning over the bathroom sink to spit while brushing your teeth or leaning over the sink to shave and try not to imagine your elbow hitting the wall (unless you happen to be left handed). That is simply too tight. There is a better way to get a big shower and still have space for the toilet.

I do like most of the balance of this unit but it’s too pricy for my blood.

This DOES look like a fairy tale! Is that a door in the loft? There are touches that remind me of Zyl Vardos, my favorite designer. The outside is the best I’ve seen, those shutters are so cute. I really like the stone in the kitchen and bathroom. This is such a cute design!

Love this design though I would probably trade the front porch for more practical living space inside or make the whole thing a little longer. In a space that small you need functional storage to keep it from getting cluttered.

      Storage is definitely KEY!

This house is spectacular but take a look at this molecule house
http://moleculetinyhomes.blogspot.com/2015/11/the-1904-8×18-two-lofts-home-features.html Wow. I can see the texas tiny house influence of that house.
Molecule knows how to do “Victorian” tiny houses. You have got to have spectacular doors and windows, the right kind of trim, and bold color combos. I have seen a couple of so called “Victorian” tiny houses and they put in the extremely common and modern looking windows and trim. little to no trim and dull color combos.

Anyway this house is very cute, I would like a few more feet for closet space, white walls, a fireplace, wash/dry combo and 10 wide for a better living room.

I love that the arched Windows and doors are carried through out the design. The curve where the bathroom lights are is an extra special touch.

This is everything I would want except a full stove ad the stairs I would cut out a box for the two top steps to have more storage. Also can you tell me what this would cost? Thank you

I love the whimsy of this THOW. The trim on the windows and the shutters is so adorable. I love the layout and decoration also. It is a beautifully done house.

Tiny houses are quickly moving out of the price range for so many of us. I hate to see such a trend. Tiny houses were a way of downsizing not only in terms of possessions, but ultimately in terms of cost of living. Between these high prices, and the roadblocks erected by the housing industry and municipalities zoning laws, even this road to affordable home ownership and life is being closed to many of us. It is distressing and depressing.

Well it is cute. But I would make some changes. First make it 6ft longer this way you would have a bigger living space. I don’t like the tile they used in bathroom or kitchen. Remove that light under the stairs. put in an rv stove where cook top is. Get rid of the built ins across from the sink. I would use that space for closet and refrig. I also would put in a mini split heat/a/c. Then it might be worth 70,000.00.
