Nice design, nice open feel, and I love the climbing wall not only for fun but as a truly space-saving solution to access the loft area. Definitely putting that in my list of ideas.

Yes it’s something I never would have thought of, but is really great! — Tiny House Talk Team

I think this is the perfect floor plan! Plenty of windows, in the right place, bathroom away from kitchen, kitchen not bent into tight L shape, fridge not next to stove… (And Fridge not tiny)Table not tiny, wonderful size couch! (with storage) plus
ANOTHER sitting area !!! 🙂 and as they said TV not in the middle of everything…. Plus guests could sleep there..And in the bedroom-can stand up! 🙂
Of course I realize it’s two feet wider so not as easy to transport.
    Love it!

Beautiful! One of the best I have seen. I love their creative innovation of the climbing wall to the tv loft. I also like how the tv is tucked away and not in the center of things. Luckily, as someone who has been known to fall off of curbs, I don’t watch much tv. Other than what to make of that inaccessible (to me) space, this house is perfect.

My favorite tin home so far. Love the kitchen, love all of it! I’d want to stay in that forever.

A good money-saving strategy. And while not having too much into it–probably easy to get your money back out of it.

And THIS is why you watch the video tours…LOVELY home! The slightly larger size is extremely functional, and I thought the idea they had for lowering the kitchen ceiling height in those areas where the appliances were shorter in order to have more available headroom in the loft was outstanding! This one is one of my new favorites. Lots of usable ideas I’m stealing!

Absolutely love the idea of the drop ceiling over the fridge. This idea should be more common.

Great looking tiny house! It’s bright and airy, love the open feeling! Love the large kitchen! It’s the type of kitchen you would want to cook in, with all the room to move about in and have all he modern features as well! It’s nice they have the extra loft to use to watch tv in, without taking up floor space downstairs in the main living space! Their home is very inviting! Thank you, for inviting us in!?

In every tiny home, that had a range hood, that I viewed today, the hood was way up on the wall. Why put one there, if it is so high up, that it will not catch the steam, oil, and aromas before it, goes into other rooms????

And the microwaves, on top of the refrigerators…how many of us can reach that?
