One of the best uses of space I have seen in the smaller show’s. A few slight modifications and I could happily live in this. Mainly just put a stackable w/d in that closet instead of the combo and lower the loft so there is more head room. I’m short, so lowering the ceiling height in the kitchen and bath would not be a problem for me, lol.

Thanks Trish. Tiny Houses are all about what works for you. You keep what you value and get rid of what you do not.

Thought it was odd having the washer by the entry till I realized it was brilliant. Who wants that thing making a racket five feet under your head?

Not a dog lover, myself, but I would still worry about the dog falling off the loft floor getting in and out of bed. I’d put a railing there. Great house, though.

I also wanted to hide the w/d behind the door when you walk in 😉

I was worried about the lofts at first, but we have not had any issues so we decided to keep it open. Ruth loves her dog bed at the top of the stairs.

Nice house, but NOT a fan of wide angle lens!

I tried using something else, but in such a small space it was difficult to get the layout of the whole house without the wide angle shots.

I Think it would be possible to offer a full chassis of rigid nylon cloth with spatula brackets to wrap and anchoring it to the ground, in the event of strong winds, but also rubber-ended rods from support aimed at the ground for each Tiny House on Wheels, for blocking the house avoiding the unpleasant wave effect of the strong wind . Because prudence is never too much.

Great use of space! They designed it perfectly for their comfort! Love the deck! I like the fact that it has an oven & a good size refrigerator! Even a dishwasher! Looks like they have all of the appliances that you fit in a regular size home that they have in a tiny home! They did a nice job! Thank You for sharing!🌼🌼🌼🌼

Perfection. I was just wondering why there is two planks of wood on the shelves over the toilet. Do they open up to make them bigger?

Is that a base plate for a “stripper” pole in front the entrance/sitting area or am I missing something?

    • Austin
      August 28, 2017, 5:47 pm

Haha no it is not a stripper pole. The dining table can be mounted in the location shown in the pictures or be moved to the mount in front of the couch. We move it when we have guests over so we can sit more around the table.

Thanks Nancy! Our dog Ruth always follows us around the house so she likes having a bed next to ours 😉
