One couple test out tiny house living since they have been thinking about going tiny by building their own tiny house for a long time now. One way anyone can try out tiny living too is by going on a tiny house vacation.

Below you’ll get to see a tiny house on wheels that you might not have ever seen before thanks to One Girl One Suitcase. I think you’ll really enjoy this little house on wheels and you might even get some good design ideas from it too!

Inside you’ll find a corner desk, couch in the living area, cozy upstairs sleeping loft, kitchenette, and full size bathroom. And yes, there’s even a little wardrobe. Just about everything you might need. This tiny home is located north of San Francisco. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you.

Allow me to save anyone who HATES blathering video’s with filler talk, a lot of time: Skip to the 2:10 mark and ONLY then does the video begin addressing the house and not lay-overs at the airport and what she’s having for dinner. ~sigh~ If you like that filler, then watch from the beginning.

The tiny house, itself, is very nice. Beautiful “ball-room sized” bathroom (says woman in video) AND a staircase leading up to the loft. She mentions that the loft became very hot and stuffy; I don’t know if the upper loft windows open up but there’s certainly a ceiling fan that solved the problem. Plus, if you have electric outlets in the loft, you can have a small personal fan up there which will keep the air moving. For people who enjoy very tiny homes, this looks like a lovely alternative.

As to the “I only own 33 pieces of clothing” lady…well…..

I’ve stayed in this house.. The loft was too small, we’re talking bonking heads on the ceiling a couple of times a day. I would’ve extended the kitchen all the way to the staircase to make it feel bigger. But the bathroom was very big, that was my favorite part. I’d add under floor heating as the tile bathroom floor was very chilly. Otherwise.. Very nice layout!

B: Since you stayed in this TH, I have to ask: is the bath a wet bath?
This would explain the shower door to that space.

Thanks, Cahow, for taking the time to give us a heads up on the video; I immediately went to 2:10.

Wow! I am surprised that this house did not surface long ago…it is really nice! The loft is beautiful and spacious, and the whole house is so comfortable looking. Great job!

Poorly done video. Average tiny house. It would have been more effective if the narrator (anyone else besides her) had gone into more detail about the construction or even how the tiny house will be used, ie: entertaining, home office, or do they cook a lot. And where is the other half of the couple?

The other half of the couple? I’m thinking s/he’s in her suitcase. With only 33 pieces of clothing (that includes underwear, socks, etc?) she clearly has plenty of room. One girl, one suitcase, one significant other packed inside. Who needs a tiny house? Which is probably why we didn’t get much of a tour. Really, the bathroom door was nice, but get out of the way. I want to see what’s in there. LOL

    Hello!

I’m located in Marin and feeling a bit challenged with the local laws. I’d very much like to get in touch with these folks to find out if they’re in Marin or not, as well as how they got around the ordinances. Please do share my contact info with them…I’d very much appreciate it!

    Thx much!

p.s. I’m signed up all ready or the newsletter.
