Couple Living Tiny with a Baby

This is the story of a couple living tiny with a baby!

Meet Peter and Shannon, of Tiny Like Us.

Thanks to their tiny house, Shannon has been able to stay at home full time with her baby.

Also, Peter and Shannon are creating professional tiny house plans based on their design.

You can get the plans first and help them raise the money to hire an architect on Indiegogo.

Love it. Adorable family and home! Really nice storage ideas too

You KNOW I love you, Alex… have been a follower of “tinyhousetalk” for years — however, when I come on your site lately, it takes forever and a day to load anything to see, to scroll down on your post… i.e. I keep getting messages in the lower left: fonts, cache, etc. loading.. Is it your ads or side photos that take long to upload on my laptop? Well, just wanted you to know that I’d come on more often, but it is VERY FRUSTRATING. I guess it is ME, since I don’t see any other complaints from others with loading times for your posts. Sorry. :\ –gv

Hmm…I don’t think I see what you are experiencing. It doesn’t take long to open or look at whatever links there are in the newsletter. Sorry! Is it maybe your connection? I’m no techy, so you will have to ask your local geek about this. But I don’t think it’s the ads or side photos!

I agree, I think it’s your connection or your compuer.

There’s an amazing amount of storage in this TH. The layout is unique and very functional, especially with a baby. Great job.

Love it. Excellent use of space and storage…and real stairs. It CAN be done, even with a baby. This couple will save enough living like this that if they need to get something bigger when Little Guy does, shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t see any more safety issues with this house than any other.

Hi, guys I saw this before and loved it. This update is spectacular! I am older and have a home, but love to peruse the tiny houses. Love yours! And I wish I lived close—I would LOVE to babysit that beautiful baby you have–so happy!

Gloria I have the same problems. Took over 5 min to do comment. not all do this but enough it is a real problem. Son says it’s on their end.

And your son knows this how? Could be that your computer has issues. How old is it? I’ve got a PC that has been running pretty much non stop for 4 years. Every now and again it throws a hissy fit when I am typing and then some seconds later (always seems an eternity though) the letters appear on screen. Maybe you need to reinstall the operating system. Possibly there is some malware on it. Could be traffic congestion in your area… population size is???

Not a single issue here with this website, ever. Loads super fast and smooth.
Cute family, cute house. They look so happy. :)

A box pops up that says warning unresponsive script. gives some options having trouble just writing this. It caused firefox to crash They had me do a report so they could determine what happened.
Don’t believe it’s my tablet. This page is the only one it does it on, or if I go to a page from this one? I have an ASUS fairly new. I’ed also like to know what is wrong with the Tiny house for sale site? Cannot get thru to any email for sale houses. I have sold my place and have cash to buy, but get thru?

I use an ASUS Padfone mini 7″ with the telephone docking in the tab. Two years old. The more snaps and videos I store on it, the more often it needs a re-boot (who is responsible for that…). US$65 monthly for unlimited GBs through Cricket/ATT. It sometimes locks onto a busier tower while nearby towers may be slack. Aftermarket APPs can search for slack towers, but might interrupt the signal during transition. It’s a matter of how much patience you have… how did I get along without it!

This is so cute! I love love all the storage that you have! Congrats on making it work for you :)
