Land is nice but the house looks like ted kusinski’s.

If the seller had made an effort to tidy up the cabin and make it look presentable, I’d be more impressed with it. Staging does a lot to help drive sales and he or she doesn’t seem to care about making a good impression.

      1. That’s a guy’s house, it’s obvious from the ‘decor’.
      2. Look at the medicine collection in the kitchen. This is not likely a very healthy person, and not everyone has the energy or ability to ‘clean’ – especially when cleaning involves staging a place to look like the people from HGTV were there.
      3. It is what it is. I’m not the owner of the house and have no dog in this fight, but all the divas complaining about how each house is ‘perfect’ except for all the changes they would make is getting pretty old.

Well you know what your options are… don’t view, view and don’t complain… or, carry on viewing and complain.

At the end of the day, Tinyhousetalk.com, well, to paraphrase you, it is what it is.

We don’t know that he didn’t tidy up. Tidying is an individual thing; each with his own criteria. I was thinking that the house looked great. I love cordwood houses and would love to build one myself one day. I think it is a charming cabin, and for one to even comment that it looks like the home of a serial killer, is the epitome of rudeness. We are here to encourage tiny house dwellers everywhere, not disparage them.

If you want to sell your home – CLEAN IT. I would be embarrassed to put these pictures on the Internet. Personally, because there are 27.3 acres of land, I would gut the house, use whatever is usable and build a new house. If you have $99.5 to buy it, then you have more money to build another house. I’d also sell off 5 acre parcels for other home builders – tiny or not.

Yeah, they could of cleaned up a bit, but l think everyone is missing out on solving a problem that has been brought up here often, that is having land to park on or build on.
If a small group of you folks were to gather your resources and buy in together, you could get a good chunk of land at a very good price and have that Tiny Home you all want so much but can not seem to find a place to put it….Just saying.

The house is beautifull and strong. You won’t build a sturdier dwelling or one more naturally insulated. Everyone is commenting about cleanness. His bed is made, his clothes are put away where they belong, his kitchen is clean, his grooming station is clean, his floor is swepted, it is all clean and neat. To tear it down would be a travesty!

“If you have $99.5 to buy it, then you have more money to build another house.”I find this comment very funny,so now we have judgements about how much money a person has to spend.I have that kind of money, but I sure couldnt afford to build another house after the initial investment. There sure are alot of complaints and judging.I agree,if ya dont like it,dont look
