You don’t have to know what I think about this tiny house, as I know you, and everyone else already knows how I feel about container conversion houses….!

Do tell, what do you feel about the conversion of Containers ? I’m thinking it has to be positive. I’ve seen a lot of people Ill informed about the structural issues and flooring hazards but if educated I don’t see anything wrong with using these as whatever you want them to be

Very interesting set up and the color theme is out of this world. Another container with a different twist of style!

I just wonder about zoning. I assume this would be considered real property (like a trailer, mobile home) not a camper / RV category. My zoning does not allow Camper / RV for permanent living. It allows Mobile homes and houses. The tax appraiser won’t consider it a home and I can’t homestead it great. I don’t want to get hit with an impact fee.

I think it really depends on the local authorities. I think a shipping container NOT on wheels could get classified as a mobile home, but I think anything with wheels is likely going to end up in the RV category according to the government.

Is there general storage? A place to hang clothes?
