How refreshing to see such generosity of spirit. Conrad – you have renewed my faith that not all contractors are out there just for the profit – you Sir have honor and compassion – wonderful traits that are usually only gathered after adversity. Thank you for your contribution – if I find myself on the other coast when little house plans jump from paper to trailer – I will certainly look you up!

Conrad, I would very much welcome your help. I’m planning on downsizing to a tiny house. But trying to figure which route to go in to see which tiny house option is best for me. I live in Scottsdale, so would be convenient to meet up.
Also, searching for a place to park it so that I can hook it up to utilities.
I saw your comment on TinyHouseTalk
    Thank you!

Wow that’s really amazing! Recently I’ve been astonished at the drastic rise in prices of prefab tiny houses and even tiny house workshops so its really nice to see someone giving their time and expertise! Thanks Conrad.. i wish you were in the south!

It is really kind of you Conrad to offer this kind of help for people like myself who has no experience with building, it’s too bad that I am not closer (I am in Toronto, Canada). I just want to thank you for the generous spirit that you have and we appreciate you for that!

Its a wonderful opportunity to get to build and also help someone else.
My dream is to have my own home, I’ve been saving plans for years and soon I hope to find time to do my dream. I’ve taken part in building regular homes but I am far from knowing all the smarts to build my own little home with wheels. There are so many things to consider. But I’m reading as much as I can, saving as much as I can and being a girl reading what others have done I can do this, I just know it. Next spring, retire here I come..!!
    Enjoy building!

This is to Conrad — I live in Southern California in the area called the Inland Empire. I am getting ready to start the build for my new tiny home on wheels, which will be built using the trailer my RV is currently on (a tree fell threw my RV) I could certainly use some help and would like to know what your fees would be etc. I give Alex permission to give you my contact information if that is possible. Thanks And, it is great that you have an interest in tiny homes. Kudos to you.

    Hi Conrad,

I have a studio cottage near Traverse City Michigan that (I think) is perfect for the talents of a tiny home expert to make some magic. Would you be interested in coming to Northern Michigan (maybe in the summer)? I would love to talk further with you, even if just brainstorming with ideas and vision. Thank you.

I’d LOVE any information anyone is willing to give about building my own tiny home! I’m still in the floor plan designing stages, and brainstorming concepts, but I know there is much I’m not considering, since I’ve never built a house before. Thank you!

I live outside of Houston TX in a rural community. I’m looking for someone to help build my tiny home. I want to start as soon as possible. I’m on a budget as I’m a widow and retired. Anyone have any suggestions, ideas, donated or recycled materials? Thank you.
