This tiny house is absolutely gorgeous. I love the light and open airy feeling. There is so much storage space. Take out the oven, put in a stacked washer/dryer and I’ll move in tomorrow. Unfortunately, the price is too high for me and another crash is coming! Unless you can build a tiny home yourself or with others, buying a tiny home is no longer an inexpensive investment. I may just have to rent my apartment forever. Lotto tickets???

Not to worry Janet. New Cavco Park Models start about $21K and are the same size without loft. Loft models add to the cost. I have a great singles plan if you can get them to build it that has 1.5 bath, W/D, D/W, on demand HW and L.E.D. lighting. I have had used 12X55 trailers given to me in Tuscon at times so If you can relocate you might do some shopping for deals on CL in the area you want to live…Parking space will be the issue..

THIS is a beauty. EVERYTHING you need or want. LOTS of storage and no real wasted space. I like the fact that the refrig doors can open ALL THE way so that the drawers can be pulled out and cleaned. It is FANTASTIC. Put it on a concrete slab, and it is HOME!

    Beautiful!
But 24,000 lbs, 16 feet tall, and over 13 feet wide? This doesn’t tow down any highways I’m familiar with

Well designed and it does look great. And yes,it is on a trailer. I do like it. But is this really tiny house living?? I don’t think so. I live in smaller sq ft than this and don’t consider myself to be living tiny!

One of my faves! All I need to add is the washer/dryer. Amazing how they got so much in, yet doesn’t feel cramped. Just need to find a place for it. Love it!

Are there any communities that allow tiny home owners to have a fence?

Which brings up another question…I wonder how RV Parks feel about Moats? My Castle design has Draw Bridges and a Moat…I was thinking the Moat could be a lap pool or share a lot with my Waterwheel design for Katy in Finland…A real shame I have not figured out how to share some of my designs with your blog…

Haha a moat? Very interesting! You can send your designs to [email protected] if you’d like 🙂

Maybe a zoning alternative for one who gives up nothing.

This is beautiful. It has so much to offer for a smaller home—a complete kitchen, queen-size, bottom floor bedroom, a good size bathroom, storage, and a wonderful loft with stairs leading up to it. The only changes I would make would be to put a walk-in tub in the bathroom and enlarge the home itself, to about 500 sq. ft. to make a larger living room and find room for a washer/dryer.

Check out this beauty:) Most of his THOW this size are 399sq ft with a loft ht of 4’8″. This keeps it in the RV category, over 400 sq and it a house. Tillamook has W/D and a walk in shower. they are definitely pricey but so so so pretty.
