Very nice, I would make minor changes such as put a nice iron rail on the loft that would go down the stairs and remove the one on the wall. So when you go up you can hold the rail with your right hand.

Really pretty house. Love the use of the area under the stairs for appliances…who would have thunk it? The loft is beautifully done, and the sofa to bed concept is really unique. Love it! Thanks for sharing this house with us. Lots of good ideas, like the redwood floor in the shower…cool!

Lots of cool details in this house. I especially like the red accents.

This tiny house is very beautiful and liveable. However, the composting toilet appears to be a bit close to the sink making it uncomfortable to sit with your knees up against the sink especially if your housemate needs to use the sink or shower. Aside from that and hand rails on both sides are simple fixes, this tiny home is almost perfect.

I like the look of this, and the day/bed combo on the main floor, I have seen a lot on travel trailers, I would employ that same type of bed/couch and with storage underneath. The kitchen is more roomy than most tiny houses I have seen. Also, the refrigerator and washer / dryer under the stairs is a great space efficient idea. So are the other little nooks under the steps. I would want a bit longer, to make more room in the bath and living room areas. Over the bathroom is some more storage for say seasonal items, or things to keep but don’t need all the time. I like that bookcase by the bed, and put a printer on that area above the storage area, leave a long USB cable that you can plug your printer from there to reach your laptop on the bed or let it hang down and plug it into your computer at the table, or sit on the day/bed and compute and print from there. Also, a TV mount near the door that is expandable and swivels to be see it from various areas. Well done with nice finishes.

Hmmm! I wonder if you can watch DVDs on the clothes washer “screen” while sitting on the sofa?

Everyone’s comments are spot on. I would just add that there is a lot of storage between the full height pantry in the kitchen and the closet opposite the stairs. As to the storage loft, just wondering why part is closed off but not all of it. Also wondering why the kitchen counter is made of two different surfaces. This is one of the most liveable tiny houses I have seen.

Being disabled, I’m not much of a loft person but they do have the conversion couch/bed. I would though, look into maybe finding a small, shallow sink only to place in the shower, maybe under the shower controls or the back wall and replace the sink/counter with shallow shelves from floor to ceiling. That would free up floor space by the toilet. Otherwise, I like this very much.
