Building a Yurt at the Apricot Center for Sustainable Living

I found a great photo slide show on Youtube today that features the construction of a custom made yurt. If you were ever curious on getting a visual of what it’s like to put one of these together this video is a good watch.

These pictures were taken at the Apricot Centre for Sustainable Living. Here’s a little information about them from their website:

Marina is an experienced Organic Fruit Grower, training and giving experiences to adults and children on themes such as; Organic Growing, Permaculture, and Biodynamic Growing, as well as courses on Food Preparation, Preserves, Apple Juice Pressing etc..
