Sweet and whimsical. The dwelling appears to be one big room. I would prefer a more private sleeping area as well as some kind of closet or storage.

I love this!! How much is it to purchase and can an American purchase it and move to this little piece of heaven (albeit a cold heaven)?

This one is very unique, light and airy. It made me feel good just to look at it. The outside is very quaint and inviting, the inside very livable. I agree with the above comment that a closet or more storage would be nice. Great plan though.

Lovely house, but I’d prefer a much bigger bathroom, and bigger bedroom. Still love it, so unique.

Although I am a modern architecture lover, this cottage exudes charm and reminds me of a dream world where life is beautiful.

Love the style of this home! Before you even go inside the gardens are just beautiful! Love the garden furniture! It is just so whimsical! I love the shape of this home & all the windows bring in so much light! The windows surround the home so wherever you go in the room you can be cooking or doing dishes and being able to look outside! It’s so bright & airy, it looks like you have a lot of room! I would love to pick this home up & with it’s gorgeous gardens and move them over to The USA! Thank You! For sharing really enjoyed outing it! 🌻🌺🌸🌼

It looks like a community garden, complete with garden houses. Saw a lot of them in Germany when I lived there. They are considered weekend houses, and are not permitted for full-time residences. This could be different, but I think not.

At any rate, I’d be happy to live there if it were allowed! Gorgeous, innovative, and a lovely setting. So many times I have kicked myself for ever coming back to the states… 🙁

Not sure about any seasonal restrictions — it doesn’t seem to mention in the listing. But it is stunning!

The link referring to an “allotment hut” actually does describe the garden lease I referred to. They don’t SAY whether regular residence would be allowed, but they do refer to weekend and summer use, which is the norm for these things.

This graceful, at central planimetry structure, enjoys total light from the four cardinal points, and is formed in plan or planimetry, by two intersecting squares that form an octagon in the central area. Not casual, on alternate sides of the perimeter, there are ” Bay Window” protruding outwards, where are placed different destination living. It could be a greenhouse to live!

Love the shape of the cottage. Just wanted to be more octagon in shape. Medium size wings for the bedroom and bathroom. That is the kind of tiny house I want to design. Can any one help me out

Is a central planimetry , but each side different from the other, particulary with the added charm.
