This is a 23′ green caravan tiny house. As you walk up the steps to the delightful covered porch you are greeted with a Dutch-style door. Go inside and you’ll find a wood-burning stove and two cozy chairs for relaxing in the living area. There’s also a dinner table with a built-in bench seat with built-in storage space underneath.
To the left side of the wagon is the kitchenette with a small sink, refrigerator, and a toaster oven. Beyond the kitchenette is the bathroom. At the rear of the wagon is the sleeping area with three beds, enough for four people to sleep comfortably! There are beautiful details through the entire wagon including exposed beams, carved corbels, a barn door, and a built-in dresser. Would you live tiny in this tiny house? Let us know in the comments! I love, love, love this! I’d definitely live in it.
I’ve always loved the caravan with 4 wheels and this one is adorable. Being Irish, I love the green too. The thing that bothers me about the inside though, a chair is separating the kitchen sink from the other half of the counter. Walking in the door with the sink staring me in the face is not that inviting either. Seems the space could be better utilized.
Trish – there’s nothing to prevent moving that chair – which doesn’t come with it anyway – but is for sale – then you could put a countertop in it’s place – hook up the water for a washer or whatever you like….. and as he said – he’ll make it any way you like it….
Having the kitchen near the door might not be what we are used to seeing – but I can tell you from vactioning in a horse drawn wagon decades ago… that it is VERY practical!!! Unless the weather is bad, you do most of your living out doors and eat on the deck…. plus it’s so convenient to just reach around and make a cup of tea instead of constantly ‘taking your boots off’ so as not to mess up the floor – major Kudos on an exceptional job well done!!

Beautiful workmanship! I admire the tongue and groove placed vertically on the walls. It makes a small space seem less busy and really adds to this gem. Awesome touches! This is a builder that should make more if not already.

I just love the outside of the caravan. It reminds me of a Victorian train car. I love the old fashion detail in the inside but, if I were buying it I would want it to be totally reconfigured. I would want more living and kitchen and bath space and find a way to make the bedroom more of a convertible space, maybe a loft with stairs with storage. After watching tiny house nation I now know that I
would like more multi use items and hide away storage.
The outside is beautiful but the inside needs to be reworked. Remove the chair and bring the other part of kitchen together. Then you could put in a wet bath. How much does this house cost? In the UK? Would cost a lot of money to ship to US. Do they have the plans for this for sale?
I like it. Mostly. Would definitely have different paint outside, and propane heat rather than wood, but otherwise good. I love the fact there is no loft sleeping. I like this one over about 97% of all the others I have seen. I think it a stretch calling it a ‘home’, not bad at all.
I AM A AMERICAN LIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES ON A SMALL PIECE OF LAND NEAR A BEACH ON NEGROES ISLAND..I HAVE A SMALL COTTAGE BUILT NOW BUT I NEED TO REBUILD IT TO A TWO STORY…ANY IDEAS….?
As a holiday home this would work for 4 people. As a permanent home it would work better for 1 or 2 people.
I love the style of it – despite it being stageset to evoke a certain lifestyle.
I would prefer the more traditional placing of the bed as a couch at the rear with storage underneath in an open plan space. Using a pullout futon style bed and putting a shower and toilet in the back left corner would make the space more practical without losing on style. Then doing as others have suggested and putting a bigger fridge where the left hand chair is placed and replacing the existing fridge with a small oven. The bench seats need to have storage under them and then it would be perfect.
What kind of trailer frame is that? and where can you get them?
Too much green for me. But the inside is a darling.
Interior looks livable, very attractive. Needs a John Deere tractor to pull it (matches the green and yellow exterior) Wish I could afford to buy it, I don’t think I’d change anything in there. Little fridge fits in a tiny house better than a large fridge would fit. Why have your tiny house dominated by a large fridge? I bought a little 1.7 cubic feet fridge that works for me and cheaper on the electric bill than a large fridge would be. Large appliances are a better fit in larger houses with bigger kitchens.
Very cool design. Love this thing as it reminds me of the historic painted circus wagons at the Ringling Bros. circus museum In Baraboo Wisconsin that I visited last summer.
I like the fact this one is well insulated and has a fireplace too. If I would make any changes it would be adding a fuller kitchen area and omitting the dual level beds and just have a spacious bed area with storage .
Otherwise this thing is a work of art and the craftsmanship is top notch.
There’s something really soothing about this roof design as well that I like maybe it’s the way it curves. And that trailer frame is a beast should last a 100 yrs easily .
