VERY modern, which makes me NOT think of Paris; But, I LOVE it that it also does look like an old Paris apt. with the long windows/doors that open onto the balcony… Beautiful.

Not my style but that bathtub looks interesting. Wonder if it’s fibreglass coated plywood?
I like it. I love the sunken sitting area and the storage concepts. The wood adds a touch of warmth without dominating the decor. I think it might appear a bit spartan because it doesn’t have one’s “creature comforts” but is staged well so that the buyer/renter can imagine the personal touches that would make it his or her own. Add a few more nice little rugs, a warm throw folded across the back of the couch/chair, some tasteful but comfortable throw pillows, strategic lighting, etc. Well designed for space and function, especially given the relative, small square footage -which for that matter is a respectable amount of space for one or even two people to live very comfortably. Nicely done.
Although this apartment is in one of my favorite cities, I’m not a fan of the sterile look. Home is where the heart is, and my heart wouldn’t be at home there.
