The home was built in Tennessee by Incredible Tiny Homes and now lives at the resort where you can stay for a few nights (or more). Enter through the traditional round hobbit door where you’ll find a cozy living room, compact kitchenette, spacious bathroom and loft bedroom with a stunning hand-crafted hand rail. The Summit Cabin sits on a half-acre flat 3300 feet above sea level, with absolutely stunning views! The North Carolina vacation spot is completely off-grid, but still offers the luxuries that you most need.

The lower level of the cabin has a futon, cooking area with a stovetop, and a cooler for food. There’s also an outdoor BBQ for the best grilled meals. Take the outdoor staircase up to the bedroom upstairs, where there’s a queen-sized bed and a wrap-around deck with valley views.

This couple runs off-grid workshops, tiny house meetups, and their organization, United Tiny Homes, has donated thousands to charity! Oh, and they run a whole Airbnb resort in Georgia with several tiny homes they’ve designed and built.

But have you ever toured the home that started it all? The “Beloved Cabin” is their shed-to-house conversion, which they built 12 years ago and have been improving ever since. This beautiful, bold and rustic “treehouse” is a lovely tiny house suspended on stilts above the high desert in Nogal, New Mexico. You’ll have stunning views of the 30-acre ranch filled with sprawling juniper.

Inside the home has two twin beds that act as a sectional sofa, and a queen bed in a spacious loft bedroom. A compact kitchenette and 3/4 bathroom sit side by side.
