Built on an 18′ trailer, this cabin was originally built for camping. Platform sleeping area to fit Queen mattress in back with storage (both outside and inside accessible) below bed. Large closet in sleeping area. Loft is large enough for two twin mattresses with a little room left over.

Small living area in front, and a partitioned area which was intended to be set up with a chemical toilet. Cabin is unfinished interior, no wiring or plumbing. Laminate flooring inside.

Things have prevented us from being able to finish and utilize the way we imagined, so are having to abandon this plan for now. I will say that as a family we have camped in this unit many times and it was very comfortable and great to have.

Unit comes with trailer hitch/sway bars. Asking $9,000.
