Hi Deborah, In a case like this, this is a home just like the ones on your street, so it’s a little tricky to find plans for them in the same way it’d be hard to get plans for your current home. I’m really not sure if you can, but you could contact the real estate agent and see if the owners have the plans?

I like everything also some things I do not understand, like the moquette but the large opening windows are encouraging.

This is a pretty nice cabin in the woods, but isn’t 950 sf much more than a tiny house? I mean it’s small, but I wouldn’t classify this as ‘tiny’. So I guess my question is, where is line between small and a true tiny?

Yes it is a small house πŸ™‚ We usually categorize anything under 400 sq. ft. as tiny, and under about 1000-1200 as small πŸ™‚

Very nice, not so tiny house…! At 950 sq. ft. there will be plenty of room for storage I would suspect…!

Love this house. Like the kitchen a lot. I wish it were one floor with no loft. I have real bad knees, even though I’m young. Bigger than I need and too expensive but still like it a lot.
