Cooking? I don’t see a stovetop OR oven OR microwave. To be practical the tiny house needs to have a functional kitchen. The full size refrigerator is very nice and the all-in-one washer/dryer is good but needs to be finished with cooking and food storage identified to be of any use.

Both can be added post construction via appliances. Not all tiny home owners want either or both. I think maybe some overhead storage for dry and canned goods and dishes would be a nice add here to finish off the kitchen.

My husband and I we’re going to use sync or panels to build our tiny house but the shipping container and the shipping costs were cost-prohibitive for us can’t say I like the outside of this tiny house it’s very blah but you’ve done a magnificent job on the inside very bright and open and cherry doesn’t match the outside

No type of cooking items in the kitchen, yet there is a washer/dryer combo?

The inside of this house is absolutely gorgeous! The outside is very plain. I am not sure why except that to get the wanted spaces inside, and to keep the dimensions within legal limits, the outside had to be shaped like a box. You should have seen what my mom could do with a shoe box and a few crayons. I think that the outside could have been dressed up a bit more. After all, the “cuteness factor” is at the high end of the list of necessary items in a tiny house because one is sacrificing things and space, and in return one needs charm and adorable to look at everyday and to meet that need for fairytale endings. It’s the one thing I have to have in a tiny house. I will do without a toilet before I will give up cuteness.

I would use Sing Core if I build. I would also eliminate the window by the refrigerator and have more counter space, plus a stove, and cupboards above. I’d put the washer in the bathroom, too, and have storage space for kitchen items instead. This isn’t sterile; it is a palette awaiting its tubes of paint, but I’d make it all a pale gray so it would retain a spacious feeling. This is a perfect look in which to begin adding color to the palette – the paints, in effect – in the furniture and other furnishings. A pretty rug, some artwork, and personal effects are what make it a home. The base color is ready for any color one wants, and thank goodness, no dreaded (by me) knotty pine or plywood or tongue and groove. The loft would be my attic, and the designated couch area would be my Murphy bed with a small couch or 2 chairs in front of it or opposite it, with a swinging drop-down desk on the underside of he bed. I would put a huge long shelf just under the ceiling area windows, and another on the opposite wall. A visiting grandchild could have a twin size mattress in the loft, but no way am I climbing up there at my age. I intend to use fabric storage cubes in the attic (I make sturdy ones myself), and a boathook or other some such device with which to retrieve them.

Would love to see your ideas in this home. It sounds great. The home has a lot of room to personalize and a good layout. Thanks for your input!

Solid interior design, very plain exterior. I’d want to see a stove/burner in the kitchen and a smaller vanity/sink in the bathroom. On the outside I’d like to see some architectural details or at least some varied finishes/textures to give it some character.

The large refrigerator is nice but the washer/dryer combo could have been placed in the stairway to allow for a stove. Otherwise, great THOW!

Love this one, a blank canvase so I can put my own stamp. I agree with Poresha putting the washer under the stairs makes more sense. Where the washer is presently I would put a stove. I would put a tall apartment size fridge not that large one. Would take away the L counter and just make it straight, better use of the underneath cabinet. Add nice back splash.

i am waiting to see someone put in some kind of pully operated dumb waiter like lift to get to the loft without a ladder or high steps that can’t be navigated by people with mobility limitations who could not use either. seems like it would be space saving and not that difficult.
