What a beautiful house. By the pictures, it is well laid out and looks much larger than 864 sq. ft. The house is humble on the outside, but more than makes up for it on the inside – really lovely. I absolutely LOVE that salmon room – so cozy and inviting. The use of different colours adds interest and different moods. This one is in my backyard – an hour and a half drive south of me – wish I could buy it!

I could live in this. It’s way bigger than the 2 bedroom I grew up in. And it’s 144sqft bigger than what I live in now. What’s mind boggling is the price. We’re in a major metropolitan area, we did a stripped to the studs renovation in 2008, and our home is valued at 56k. We paid 29.5k for it in Dec95 so it has almost doubled since then. The valued was higher but back when the financil crash happened everything around here dropped 50%in value. So it still blows my mind at the cost of that place.Around here that would be the cost of a 3 bdrm/2bath/ 2car garage( min 1500sqft) with a big yard.

I’m afraid it’s really a location thing. Where I am, you can’t get a run down spot for less than $150,000, and anything you’d want to live in will cost you $200K-$300K easily. The land prices change the home prices so much.

I love it! Such clean lines. And not a bad price for location (beautiful Capitol city). Nice lot and looks so spacious for the square footage.

On the East Coast, this would be called a ranch house. Beautiful, well-lit kitchen with natural wood and granite (?). I love the built-ins and could do some serious cooking there. The price looks reasonable, given the size of the lot. I just took a look at the Redfin website and found out sale is pending. Someone bought it as equipped, so no point discussing what I might or might not change in it. However, it’s always nice to get some ideas for the future.

What a perfect, functional home with lots of space. Isn’t perspective something? We live in a 400 sq. ft. apartment, so this home looks big to us, but it has everything we want in our small home, except maybe a washer/dryer. I wish it was located here in South Central Colorado—it would be a lot cheaper. I really like this beautiful, small home.

I love the big windows and the light colors. It makes the rooms look so big! The landscaping is beautiful, too.
