I really dislike vinyl siding, other that that, it’s clean looking. Needs more utility, innovative storage and the like, for my tastes.

For more storage, you’d have to build bigger so I think the entire problem with this one could be solved by making it a bit larger.

I always think about how they use space on boats as a reference. I agree it is asking a lot for the space given.

Nicely built. But how could anyone live in such a small space and layout full time ? Let’s be realistic..

I don’t think it’s realistic full time. It’s more of a camper to me.

I think it’d be great for a micro guest house out back too.

I am interested to know more about dimensions and would like to see more pictures. I would use this as a mobile office.

That would be pretty cool for a mobile office. I found out the trailer is 6.5′ x 12′. The house is 7′ x 12′. The height is 8′. I’ll see if I can get more pics of the outside.

Nice but the TV wall should be covered by 1′ wide shelves would help the storage problem.

I love tiny houses and have been watching the movement for about two years now. However, this one leaves me quite curious. What does the builder have in mine? With it being so expensive and not very liveable what is it meant to be used for???

It’s not the best example of a tiny house in my opinion. To me, it must have been made for recreation.

I found out more info on the house… The trailer is 6.5′ x 12′

    The house is 7′ x 12′.

    The height is 8′.

It sits on a 3500 lbs. axle but weighs 4200 lbs, although owner said he would be willing to change the axle for buyer.
