Nice! It even comes with a THOW-style can’t-stand-up loft! 🙂

It’s an attic style loft… and no, unless you’re very tall you should be able to stand up along the peak of the roof line…

Note the outlet on the wall to the left for something to show the actual scale of the room… In a THOW that outlet would be right at the level of the window’s lower half but here it is well below the window and there’s still about a foot of space above the window… There’s just very little room to either side…

Very nice. I would use the downstairs BR to sleep, and the loft as storage.

I believe those two doors opening from the living room go to bedrooms. Zillow lists the house as having two bedrooms *and* an attic–or as was said above, a THOW crack-your-head loft :).

“a THOW crack-your-head loft” ha ha ha, love it, I’m stealing that phrase.

How many square feet is the loft?

What a lovely home. Clean, well decorated and I think it’s great. The lawn needs work but that can come later. Great work!!
