It’s all about location. I lived in a cinder block cabin from the 40’s built similar to this w/that same salmon carpet (cheapest stuff you can find.. cuz it’s salmon colour) and absolutely loved that li’l cabin! This is fairly cheap, must be in a foggy, cold location. Excellent for the summertime and only a 5th the selling price of the olde cabino I rented in Napkinlandia. Hmm, worth a look I’d say. And throw some radiant heat in the floor w/a fresh layer of click clack (bye bye salmon carpeto!) ..or tile w/a few nice rugs here and there.
