What a sweet cottage. I really like this house. The vintage kitchen is fun and something I would enjoy cooking in. I love the way they turned to old laundry room into a bedroom, but wondering where they put the w/d? The drawers in the hallway are so useful. We currently live in a 400 sq. ft apartment and have those in our hallway and appreciate the size and usefulness of them. The only change I would make is to put a walk-in tub in the bathroom and a ramp to the front door. This is a house that could become a wonderful home for my husband and me.

They probably moved the washer/dryer to the detached garage/shop… Old home probably doesn’t have very good sound dampening and washer/dryer can get pretty noisy… Easier to vent and keep moisture issues from developing in the house that way too…
