Nice but for me the lot is to small. It is only .23 acres.

Nice home–spectacular view! Too bad it’s 3000 miles away.

WOW! Great place in a gorgeous area of Washington. The price is right, too.

Leave it to me to be the fly in the milk: Why would anyone want to pay $129K, for this when the same money would get them a blindingly well appointed and very lavish THOW with all of the amenities and trimmings??? (Probably for one third to one half less.) The whole building looks ‘tired out’, and there just isn’t enough land to justify this kind of money. For my hard earned dollars, this just isn’t a good buy. Sorry.

Evening Iris, land can be expensive… It can range from a couple thousand per acre to over a million per acre, and most of the time you don’t have a good choice on views, location, and what’s on the land…

So sometimes even a little land can be worth it if it’s what you’re looking for… and long as you have the zoning rights, you can always sell the cabin for materials build something else on the land…

I really like this- “real” kitchen, bath on each floor and the amazing site. Not fancy but good bones and a lot could be done to personalize it to any taste.

Exactly! And it’s amazing what personalizing can do!

I actually like some modern tiny homes however in the Midwest this would just be called a shack. At that price in the Midwest you can buy a full sized house with property.

For someone in their late 50s with arthritis, I wouldn’t want some place 1/3 to half again bigger–it would just mean more to take care of!

Mike, I agree. I want to enjoy the life left not clean a house. That is why I am trying to plan the cleaning as much as possible into the automatic functions of my house.
