I like Cali, and this is a great little house in perfect surroundings, but $393,000?!!??

Don Starns, that’s California for you… If you look at some of the other properties available in the area, it goes up into the $1,185,000 for a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,131 sq ft house with only 1 acre of land in the same area…

I love this cottage, and what a location! I can see my cat claiming the Captain’s bed for her own.

nice place but not for that kind of money. Way over priced!

Holly G Clift, not in the area it is in… California isn’t exactly known for low cost properties, least of all anywhere with great views and popular areas like well visited rivers, vacation spots, beach fronts, etc.

Many of the North Western states are pretty high up there too…

Yes, it’s no surprise the price is waaaay up there. Most of Coastal California has become prohibitively expensive….and the taxes(!!) Native Californians are moving out of state for this reason.
    Pretty, but unaffordable.

Great example of what liberalism does to an area, or a state. Take everything desirable and make it un-affordable. Even a cracker box house like this. My home in Tennessee is bigger than the lot this thing sits on. And I just down-sized.

What a stupid kitchen design! The sink is in front of a cabinet, so you are staring INTO a cabinet and NOT out the window which is to the side! Obviously designed by someone who has never had to do the dishes!
