Mountain cabin with lots of potential. Use as a part time mountain get away retreat or make a few changes for a full time home! First time on the market, this property offers some rare opportunities. Cute and charming interior with two bedrooms ( non-conforming ) , living room, and kitchen area. This family cabin has been used as a summer mountain retreat.1

I can’t beleve there asking $125,000 for a shack, everything in it is cheap and out dated, old pine funiture and the sofa looks like crap, and the out dated blinds, looks like Grandma’s scarf.

Different tastes. I love every ‘out dated’ feature and every piece of furniture in it. It’s warm and quaint. I’d keep it all, except maybe a couple of the textile items.

I live in Colorado and this Shack will probably end up selling for close to $200,000.00. Housing is at a High premium. A one bedroom apartment is going for average $1,500.00 month. I Would buy this sweet little home but just can’t afford it. Hope it goes to a nice family.

    Just wondering about bathroom facilities

Nice parcel of ground and location. I’d tear the structure down, build something small in its place and take it off grid to the extent CO allows ( no rainwater collection as an example).

What no bathroom. I don’t think so at this price.
