532 Sq. Ft. Tiny Cabin near the Beach in Manzanita, Oregon (For Sale!)

This is quite the expensive little cabin (because it’s by the beach)! It’s a 532 square feet tiny home that’s listed for sale on Zillow in Manzanita, Oregon. Besides the price tag ($495k), it’s pretty nice isn’t it? But if you look closely enough, I think you may be able to see the ocean from the property which may explain the price!

I like the house; and a big fan of tiny living and small homes. That said; at almost 1/2 million! Seriously! Does anyone see this as the answer?

Unfortunately, location matters a lot when it comes to determining the price of a property and the more idyllic and in demand a location may be then the higher that premium becomes.

I don’t think so. It is just a nice vacation home for some multi millionares… The pictures might be used as inspiration anyways.

Yes, it is expensive for the size — but look at how charming it is — looks like you can almost walk to the beach — and yes, I could see the water. Also love the surroundings!! Very pretty little place.

Alex, it looks lovely, but where is the stove? I can do minimalist in other rooms, but my kitchen must be fully equipped though not large.

i think you will find it next to the fridge….a portable cooktop, with a toaster/convection oven and microwave above and below. i am guessing a one-pot induction burner based on the size compared to the coffee pot next to it.

Are you kidding about the price? Just not worth it.
