Looks great but they won’t provide any price info without your personal info. Not even a base price. Bummer

This is a very attractive house with lots of space. My own personal opinion is that I would prefer to see it without all the decorations, wall hangings, etc. Although it is well decorated, I think it also looks cluttered. I feel as though it is difficult to place myself and belongings in the space because of this. these tiny homes

There is alot to admire about this unit, especially as a layout to build yourself. 13′ wide is a good width and about as narrow as you really want for actual modern living (even Thoreau did not live in an 8′ wide house).
The bathroom looses points for being right off the kitchen but gains points for not being in the bedroom only, so it’s a good trade off. The interior is appealing and I have nothing to criticize it over, even more surprising I don’t have any ideas for how to improve it . I wonder what the price is and how inexpensively it could be built yourself.

Actually come to think of it I will make a few critical points.
      1. This home is 500 sq. ft. That’s half the size of a 1000 sq. ft 3 bedroom ranch, so it should be noted that what we are basically seeing here is a regular modern 1 bedroom house. Now, that’s not a negative and it might actually help with code and zoning, but it isn’t tiny.
      2. All of us who love this house are possibly showing our true non-tiny colors 🙂
      3. This home could be made alot tinier. It could be made 10′ wide instead of 13′. It could have a few feet struck from every room saving 9′ off the length. Cutting the dimensions would save on costs, and heating and cooling.
      4. This brings up a good attribute of this design; it’s scalable! Different sizes based upon this model could be easily imagined.

All that being said, I still do like this house!!

I like it the style, but there is so much furniture in the cottage pictured that it is hard to appreciate the space. I would rather have the door to the bathroom open towards the living room, rather than into the living room. I agree that the bathroom is so big you could have a bath, unless you need a shower for mobility reasons. Nice that it is all on one level. I can’t help thinking that our small house in France is 25 sq feet larger and has an entrance hall, a staircase with handrails both sides and 2 double bedrooms upstairs!

Did I miss the cost of this tiny house. I love it, probably would add fireplace as well, beautiful and cozy!

I really like this home. For those complaining about all the furniture or accessories, of course, the house would have your own furniture and accessories placed wherever you wanted. The bathroom could open into the living room if the shower/tub was on the other side, and the sink on the living room wall. Love the porch!

I agree with your comment, but I still feel it is easier to imagine living in a space when it is free of a lot of decor. A blank slate, so to speak. Real estate agents understand this concept – potential buyers want to see the possibilities for furniture, etc., but not be overwhelmed by someone else’s tastes.

very nice. I do not want my bath to open to the kitchen.

I looked at the floor plan and thought, essentially this is three 12×12 modules. One could build a similar structure in stages starting with one module and adding the others as time and funding allowed. It would require careful planning with a solid vision of the final configuration, but that’s part of the fun.

I give this house a thumbs up just for the inspiration it provided.

I love the size and would want the tub shower combo. As a senior,I would love this layout. I am interested in cost but Not concerned with decoration but less would have allowed a better view of really how much space there is.

I like the furniture. It helps me understand the size.

Just the right width for normal-size furniture. The modern high-tech lighting, tile work and sliding glass doors give the bathroom an updated look. On the fence with tub/shower combo vs stall. Regardless, the sliders stay there. I might tile halfway up the walls outside the shower for a more finished look. My apartment bathroom is like that. I noticed two ovens in the kitchen, but couldn’t make out what they were used for, especially the one with the washed-out display. I could almost fit my 5-piece black leather sectional in the living room. However, with just a little less porch, the room could be a couple of feet longer to accommodate a dinette. As for the layout, I might change the order to kitchen—>living room—>bathroom—->bedroom, with the bathroom opening on both ends.
