What a charmer! This is the kind of tiny house I love, as opposed to the oversized orange crate types. This looks like a HOUSE. Kudos to the designer!

Superbe. C’est exactement le genre de maison que j’aimerais. Belle architecture.

Et pour moi, aussi. C’est la plus belle architecture. Vraiment.

Cute cute house. It has charm and has the bedroom on main floor.

Yes I loved that it has both 🙂

Love the design of this home. A bedroom on the is always a good thing for me. Plus, the bathroom does not open directly to the kitchen, definitely a great idea. Would love to see a staged version of this.

I am with you, Joe. Not good at stairs so ladders are definitely OUT!! And that is my biggest pet peeve with these tiny homes – where does it say kitchen/bathroom? I have seen living/kitchen or kitchen/dining, but ech!!!

Marcia, the bathroom is directly to the right of the kitchen. “Bath”

This house has a wonderful design. It looks like a house and is something I would be interested in. Great job on your design.

NOPE….I’d bust the whole end wall out looking toward the water and put a HUGE panoramic folding door with the patio out there…..I can’t live with little windows!! Lol

Karen, I would leave the deck and ADD your suggestion 🙂 When it first was shown where it was located I could have sworn it was a miniature dollhouse that you see in those big, fancy train layouts! Too cute!!!!!

That’s an idea! John at Robinson Residential said all the plans can be altered some to your needs, so if you love the rest of it I’m sure he’d like to help!

I missed the tub before; I am surmising that is what is being depicted.

Santa, if I am a REALLY, REALLY good girl the rest of the year could I please have a house just like this one, in Ohio, on a lake?

    Thank you, Santa

Very pretty home but I would worry about the water being so close. I’ve seen plenty of homeowners who thought they were safe but lost their homes to floods.

For me, the house is perfect. I’m saving this one.

LOVE this one. Next favorite would be Tumbleweed 915-15. Both have great first floor bedrooms. This one has a gothic farmhouse look (-:

I would change the front roof line and put domer windows in the front? Just wondering how that would look?
