I like the basic house, the decor is not what I would choose. The rafters are intrusive. $1000 a sq ft is too much to interest me.
Nice! I’d like to see more stories on how people are going about securing land for their Tiny Homes. A home like this would suit me. In FL if you buy vacant land that has never been built on you have to pay impact fees.

Right now the only city in the Country that you can have your tiny house on your own land (without hiding it in someone’s backyard or living out in the boonies), is Spur, Texas! I moved here from Florida and love it! Check it out – Spurfreedom.org

Y’know, I think I like paint better than an all-woodwork interior. It just looks cleaner to me, offers more contrast with the decor.
I like the size of this too, though I might change up the furniture placement somewhat.
