This is rather like a motel room, certainly suitable for an overnight stay, but needing a better plan if you’re going to live there.

There is nothing wrong with it if you don’t mind a studio style apt. It is new, quality finishes and has everything you need.

I don’t normally comment when I don’t like something but this is such an inexpensive fix, paint. To pull together the exterior colors, I’d complete the job. Paint the bottom portion of deck/stairs to partner better with the burgundy color. Likewise, the top railing, paint white. As is, looks like a tacky add-on job. The interior is simply dead. There is no heart in this place;( Buy a cool horizontal, tasteful abstract painting over the bed with yellow in it (good contrast with existing gray, black, brown), pop a yellow accent pillow on the bed, likewise yellow towels in the bathroom, get something colorful for the kitchen, get a comfy throw, add some fresh flowers and a plant. Can be real simple and fun:))

I am really LMAO! I totally agree and it seems others do. I can always tell when a home is disliked from the lack of comments. This is not a permanent dwelling and I’m a little confused with its purpose.

As I previously commented, it is simply a studio apt arrangement. You seem to be basing your opinion about it not being a permanent dwelling based on that. It is nicely finished and most certainly better and larger than a rented bed sitting room in someone else’s home. It is also suitable for a person who does or cannot do lofts by ladders or stairs.

    I think this is awesome… Period…

Hate the burgundy color but that doesn’t matter. Perfect low cost rental for a couple or single person who wants to spend their budget on other things. I could see putting a half dozen of these together on a small tract with a few outdoor/common areas as a tiny community.

I’d like to build one, live in half and rent the other side out. Then build one at a time as budget allows…

It seems like a nice place. It’s too bad the kitchen is right next to the bed. It has a nice bathroom.
