Can you rent a crew to sail it?

This houseboat is awesome! I love the way they have things set up. They have a really nice kitchen, it just amazes me how uniquely everything fits in this space and it flows so nicely together.

What can you say about these views out on the open waters, they are just gorgeous!! It must be so nice to wake up in the morning and see the sun shining and the glistening ocean. Enjoy! Carol Perry

Every professional and DIY tiny dwelling dreamer and doer can and should spend time looking closely at the cabin plans of small and medium size pleasure boats as well as working boats. Totally functional space-design concepts have been utilized and perfected over the past 200 years. Space is of the essence on any boat. Equally important is the use of space efficient, durable, and safe equipment that fits the needs of small spaces and the occupants who occupy such spaces.

For a dream shopping and learning experience, all tiny house advocates and builders should take the time to stroll through any large “marine-supply” shop at a harbor area near you. Much of the interior outfitting equipment used for boats is amazing. You may be shocked by some of the prices, but advocates of tiny dwellings should always consider the concept of “Life-cycle Cost Analysis” when making design and equipment purchases.

Very good advice and many people do utilize marine equipment in their THOWS’ such as heaters, sinks etc.

What a dreamboat! I would love to have on here in Florida but, that’s only a dream for me. Absolutely, beautiful!

She’s a gorgeous vessel inside and out, and I’d be awfully proud to own such a beauty!

European boat designers are obviously more capable when its comes to boat layout. Three cabins and two heads on a 40 footer are hard to find in American designs. AVD has been right, tiny house designers should have a closer look on boat design and the high quality appliances in built.

The space on relatively small boats is used extremely efficient, even more if they are boats that belong to hire-fleets.

To get a better idea of the layouts of these boats look at the websites of self-drive european canal boats, and you’ll be quite amazed.
