Appealing setting. Like the location of the laundry unit with coffee maker and fixings at hand. It saves kitchen counter space, plus you barely have to step out your bedroom door for your morning cuppa. I bet this family really enjoyed their vacation home.

I like it, except the furniture. Unfortunately, I can’t move to Washington. I do wish zoning rules here allowed something like this, I would do it ASAP. Minimum square footage hovers around 900 for those on property. A realtor said that it’s because living next to someone with such small square footage as this lowers one’s own property value. I think it’s more about the logistics of moving a larger home once it has been built. This one looks nice, inside and out, but does not seem very much like a tiny home. Maybe that will help it sell.

This is priced almost 30K over the zestimate. Also it looks like it is Lake Cushman which can mean that the land is not owned but leased, so you’ll want to find out when the lease is over as that can cause major problems for you. Other than that, it is a cute little compound. I live in WA, and in some places here you can build a house up to 400 sq ft without a building permit if you don’t live in it.

this is in some sort of trailer park. I do not know if the $95000 price includes the land it sits on or not. I personally would not want to own any dwelling that has HOA fees. I had one condo, which was enough for me.

Listed HOA dues are $32/mo, so I assume it is in some sort of manufactured home community. Not sure if the land is part of the price.

Sometimes HOA fees are for maintenance of the road. Ours is that way. We have to share the cost of maintaining common road. No big deal.

Love it. But with my furniture with storage for Tiny houses. Make it your own with your decor and furniture. Otherwise perfect. 95K is good if it comes with septic tank and land. See neat stuff for these tiny houses at Tight Space Furniture dot Com.

I love everything about it! Cozy, warm and welcoming. Does the price include any land? Thanks.

The Zillow listing tells you how much land it sits on and gives you more details.

Really love this tiny house cottage! I love all of it’s amenities! They seem to have a lot of storage through out their home. I didn’t see any closets, or any type of unit to heat their place?? They have an awesome fire pit that they made. I like their yard and the two structures they are using for their things. Love their deck! I don’t think they will have any problems selling their place!!
