28ft Urban Tiny House with 3ft Nook Bump-out And Elevator Bed!

This is a 28ft Urban Tiny House on Wheels by TruForm Tiny with a 3ft nook bump-out and an elevator bed.

It’s the Payette floor plan with double triangle dormers. There are 3 skylights to give you tons of natural light and the elevator bed makes the space very multifunctional! It functions as a downstairs bedroom, office, living room, and you can even use it as a spare bedroom since there’s a pullout couch you can use under the bed which turns it into sort of a bunk bed! Pretty cool, right?

A nook extends the trailer and offers more storage space with deep, large drawers.  White walls open the space even more.  The cedar ceiling can’t be done justice with photos – it is truly stunning and the craftsmanship, and care for every stick of cedar make this ceiling a work of art.  The Main loft is huge.  It would serve 2 twin beds, or a king bed, comfortably.

The Kitchen is optimized by extending the counter space under the stairs.  A huge closet, full height pullouts, and lots of cabinetry give more than enough storage. A large apron sink gives  a beautiful space to wash and source water.  The full size refrigerator and Dickenson stove make this kitchen comfortably sized for cooking.

The Bathroom was customized so the toilet is doored off from the rest of the bathroom.  A stunning stainless steel shower sits next to a custom storage space that is sized to hold a washer/drier combo unit. The wall sink is comfortable and attractive.

Although I am a big fan of elevator bed this THOW is with all these dormers and bump out to much cluttered for my taste. Beside that it increases cost and maintenance.

This is one of the nicest units I have seen for design and practicality. I love the extra time it took to create that ceiling. I am a designer and appreciate a well thought out design. The staging is icing on the cake showing essential elements to live making it all the more inviting. Good job.

An outstanding example of design engineering well beyond the ‘usual’ examples I’ve seen. The extensions are well planned. Surprised there aren’t any corner supports in place as parked.

This design gives one the best of both worlds: a lofted bed by day, a main floor bed by night, and a gorgeous ceiling to ponder as you nod off to sleep. Well done.
