    For this area of California it’s not a bad price. But it would require a lengthy commute over the dreaded “mountain” into San Jose and Silicon Valley.

    Check other prices in the area, it’s not the worst. Prices need to be compared with others in their area to see if they’re “reasonable”not what you can get in your area. Out of your price range is always sad but not everybody has the same budget. Definitely out of my range but something like that would get snapped up in a heartbeat in my area.
