I like this home A LOT!
One of my favorite features is that the shower area is accessible from outside, so one can rinse off salt and sand before entering the house. If there is enough privacy, I also like the idea of having the shower open to the outdoors when weather is hot.
Very cute and well conceived little home. I’m wondering if the square footage needs to be recalculated. 280sf isn’t even three 10×10 rooms.

It actually is 280 sqft. I just took a look. 26 sqm = 279 sqft.
The living room is 94 sqft.
      The bedroom is 65 sqft.
      The kitchen is 42 sqft.
The remainder is bathroom and shed.

Great little house. The only change I would make would be to the kitchen counter. I would run it all the way across with the stove at the far end. The shape of the toilet is really different, so much more interesting than our usual designs in the states. Who makes this?

I think the space between the counter and the stove is for a counter height washer and dryer pair. I have Asko’s in one of my Tiny homes and they are the perfect size. The hookups are there. Then they could just put a butcher block on top of them and use it as work space.

    Love the decorative toilet tank!
Looks like the Danes have been conserving water!

I am truly amazed at how this tiny home has it all without being or seeming cramped. Wonderful home.

Darling little cottage at a reasonable price–unfortunately, Denmark has a law that only Danish citizens can own property in Denmark so the rest of us would be out of luck.
