In that compartment where as the water lines , punp connections and the Tankless Hot Water On Demand Unit is located , that 4 ” sq. box , junction box , needs to be completely sealed with a rubber weatherproof gasket and all of the other knockout holes in the box also need to be sealed with Silicone as to prevent ANY moisture or water ever getting inside the Electrical Junction Box ! How do I know this ? It’s a CODE Requirement ! I’m a Licensed Journeyman Electrician / Sub Contractor with over 50 + years in the Trade !

That is way too dark and cold for such a tiny space. No warm colors at all. The small windows are nor even able to light up the space even though the sun is shining. Depressing. Looks like the ceiling is falling down onto one’s head. I would not want to live in such a place – Even if I got paid to do it.

One of the most appealing and beautiful THOW I’ve ever seen. Love the stairs w/ railing! Curious, how high is the loft at the tallest point?

Must have a bigger fridge. A wood stove would be nice but basically it’s a really great house.

This is so just what I’ve been looking for but once again can’t afford. Wish I could trade with what I pay for rent which is 780 be nice to put that every month on this phenomenal home so I could call it mine. And it wouldn’t have to go far I live in grandjunction…. Still love looking at it though. Thanks for the pics
