Great House at a great price, all it needs is someone with the will to finish it…!

So Zachary, wouldn’t it be more accurate to say Great Shell rather than Great House? Coz, as it is, it ain’t a house… yet. Am I pedantic? I don’t think so. And yes, YMMV.

I haven’t had the chance to read my emails till now, was a little busy with this hurricane that blew through my backyard, but yes I believe you are correct… But then there are some who can look at a forest and see a village, like a man who sees a stand of trees who sees them as a cabin or house.. I think my intention was more liken to the later when the statement was made, being this to be tiny houses, and we are here to discus such…!

It’s so important to appreciate potential! Some folks like a good project and can see the finished product :) — Tiny House Talk Team

Great deal. Finish it how you like at your pace and leisure. Check codes and utility availability to get an idea of what you need to make it a home.

    That’s it, right?

‘Tis indeed. A shell. Waiting for someone to turn it into a home. Providing they can get permits and can comply with codes. Which just may be a sticking point. Depending where it is… which county and how zealous or not they are.

I wish it were locally located as I would make an offer on it in a heart beat of a minute…!
