25′ Tiny House For Sale (Unfinished Shell on Wheels)

This post contains affiliate links.

Great tiny house on a 25′ trailer that was built to withstand hurricane force winds. It is all brand new. New high end cedar siding, double pane high end windows, and quality metal roof. The interior is not completed, however some of the wiring has been started and the shower stall has be installed. Also, some of the rough ins are in place. It has a loft bedroom. I did not plan to sell it, but the difficulty moving it to my mountain property in NC made plans change. I have put a lot of work and effort into this; I want it to go to a good home. I have $5000 into it, but I am only asking 4500 to help with a quick sale. I am willing to look at trade offers for the following: Used truck (2002 or later), gold and/or silver, used trailer camper 2008 or later, possibly firearms along with cash. If you have trade offers please provide pictures… Only serious offers please…

I am afraid my husband & others would differ on the claim that this TH is built to withstand ‘hurricane’ force winds! He was born and raised on the MISS. gulf coast. He and his family lost 2 homes, (and neighbors) during 2 major hurricanes. Hurricane Katrina destroyed the entire coastal area, not only New Orleans. I have seen the news films, and it looked like a tornado disaster with 30′ of water in his neighborhood. Even mansions and large steel & concretebuildings are destroyed in those storms!

Too far away for me but it’s encouraging to know you can get a weatherproof shell up for $5000. I would need a lot more windows though.

Good point. It does seem to be a lot more closed up than other tiny house’s. More natural light would be better.

Perhaps more windows were not in his budget. They can get costly too if bought new.

This is a nice looking shell and the price is good, too. Must be sold already because I can’t find it on Craigslist.

Kind of a shame about tiny homes is that very few are willing to pay anyone much more than materials alone. As if getting reimbursed for your hard work is a sign of greed

Will, I agree. The TH’s I see here, are beautifully custom built. The details and carpentry is excellent. The naysayers, need to check into how much a custom stick built with this craftsmanship would cost, not a thrown together spec house, or jump in and do a DIY, as see the work involved! Most people are too lazy or unskilled to do anything….. I had a business and was in the labor end, so know what you mean. Customers would spend any amount for the materials, but want to skimp on custom labor! I recently figured the sq. ft. price for a RV trailer, and it ran $162′!! That was a not a high end trailer, tin/plastic/paper, no insulation or wood, factory express line made! That was an eye opener. I shudder to figure a ‘fancy’ Class A or C. I am thinking more about these TH, as so well built, and homey, and no two alike.

I would be very interested in purchasing your 25′ unfinished tiny home if it is still available.
    Cheers,

If it fits UK legal spec then I can have it picked up for cash. Height and width. I need somewhere to live!

Hopefully in the future these listings will be removed if sold…that way we’re not all looking at “for sale” items that no longer exist

Usually I just edit them as SOLD and archive them instead of just delete so we can still look at them, etc in the future, thanks for your concern Jason
