A nice house but just not the right house for me…!It has beautiful tongue and grove knotty pine walls throughout the house… But it looks warn, and dated, and not very well laid out… I’m sure that it would make someone comfortable, but just not me….!

I always loved these little motel tourist kind of cabins that were very common in the fifties then started to becomes less and less by being replaced by the all connected motel units. But are they kidding ?? asking almost 120, 000. for that one room that’s only 240 sq, ft. ? I’ll bet anything back in the day this place was built was was less then ten thousand maybe five in materials. As cute and cozy this place is anyone would have to have a screw loose to even consider forking over that kind of money for something like this.., With no basement no real kitchen. just one small room for that price . How greedy can someone get? that takes a lot of guile and nerve..

You could get 50 sq ft more down the road in Provincetown LOL. Of course it would cost you $315k MORE! $120k anywhere on the Cape is a steal. Depending on the HOA which can run really steep.

Agreed. Someone trying to take advantage of the tiny home movement.

It’s not greed or nerve, Dominick Bundy. You wouldn’t expect this place to sell for its original building cost, would you? The value of anything is determined by what people are willing to pay. If you check out the price of homes on Cape Cod, you will see it is a high demand area, and prices reflect that. I will bet there are people out there who really want to live on the Cape and who will gladly fork out the not outrageous amount for this studio.
