Nice tiny house. I have one question about the steps up to the loft. Are them thick enough? At glance they look light weight for and adult. I do like the house, the style you did. Thank you for sharing. From Iowa

I love this tiny house. I could definitely see myself living in this, if only the prices for tiny homes weren’t so expensive. I can buy a house with land for the price these companies are charging. I would prefer the tiny living but it’s just not feasible for me.
It’s tough. In some places in the country you definitely can, but in other places, a house on land for that cheap is a far-gone dream! — Tiny House Talk Team
An expensive turkey, if you ask me…! I see nothing that commands such a high price, but to each their own….
I would never pay over 50 thousand tops for any tiny house..But this one so far in a long time is PERFECT.. and well thought out. Love the windows and brightness it has. With plenty of storage and CLOSET space.
I’m so happy you like it 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
Why are the builders stuck on lap boards? Has it been try with plywood? Wood floors will bust up if it get wet! Really weight is the a big problem. Do you really need granite tops? Still a nice TH.
Most people dislike the plywood aesthetic. — Tiny House Talk Team
Exterior plywood and aesthetics should never be used together.
Looks to me like a bachelor pad, something what one of my sons would live in. Not bad all around.
