Well, the video is cute, but kind of useless. Did I miss the part where they make the actual differentiation between “good” and “evil?”

Also, does anybody else see the entrance to the second floor bedroom as an entrance to eternity (i.e., a deathtrap)?

Meanwhile, move-in ready for $27,500, according to the website, and they do have other models (larger ones for those looking for more than 225sf), so prices don’t seem too bad. Websites a bit hard to get information from, so don’t know whether they ship or how much per mile. New models look interesting but there are next to no images up for them yet. Anyway, worth bookmarking.

I’m not sure why the contractor derived his video’s style from the opening credits to “The Pink Panther” movie, but at least his house is unique and interesting. Price isn’t bad either.

.. That’s really cool .. I like it a lot .. I’m 6’3″ tall and am not a big fan of the squishy lofts in most tiny house designs .. I really like the balcony too ..

Kudos to the ad person/firm. One of the best ads I’ve ever seen (and I hate ads.)

Very attractive exterior but not a very imaginative interior (though I’m sure much could be done with it. Great idea for an accessory dwelling unit as well.

The plans show the steps to the side of the house (bedroom) and the picture shows them in the middle of the room? I agree with Deadrock’s comment on the picture of the bedroom and safety. In the words of the inimitable cartoon, Yogi Bear, it appears to me that “I’ll just hop out of bed and … Whammo! … Uhhh, I don’t recollect that step …” ;-D (I know, I know, railings are not that expensive.)

All in all, thanks Alex. I really like seeing these small house units as well. They open up new design possibilities.

P.S. I would encourage the builders to come up with a more appealing name for such an charming house.
