I built mine at 6’6″ x 14’6″x 7’4″ no loft. It has a full size door. Fiberglass sheets for the roof. The kit is on the back wall. I will send pictures when done. I had no plans when I built it. It has solar& wind and 110v systems.

Although it doesn’t look to have some of the wow factors I have seen in other tiny homes lately, this is a nicely done straight-forward and very pretty little house. I like the large-looking closet in the kitchen area, and all the open space in the living area. Wondering if there is a stove or cook top and microwave opposite the sink? There’s great counter space, but bad idea on the plain glass in the bathroom door, for obvious reasons. I am also happy to see a tiny house that’s not all wood on the inside. I love the white wainscoting and the happy yellow walls!

I may have missed seeing, but approximate cost? Also need model with bed on main level. Due to disability, need bed on main floor. Just curious if a similar design with bed on entry level? Thanks!
