    Where are the sleeping spaces?

      off the airbnb site page:

“Brand new, tiny-home style house. 200 sq ft. Covered porch. Full bath with standing tile shower. Pull out, full-size bed in the polka-dot sleeper sofa. Starting in May 2015, WE NO LONGER HAVE THE BED IN THE LOFT!”

Ahhh… thanks for pointing that out; I missed it on the first run through. Ummm… I’ve slept on those less expensive sleeper beds and they are brutal: not enough room and not comfortable at all.
I think you should keep a loft option available. There are some really nice windows up there and it would be wonderful to be able to look out over the neighborhood, or greet the morning sun from upstairs. Just a thought.
PS Do a free pair of RayBans come with that color pink?

If you look at one of the pics of the sitting arwa, you can see a part of the loft. I’m assuming that’s the sleeping area. Would be great if it had a pic.

how can it be called a cottage or house without a kitchen???

Nice design. Depending on where the home was located that porch could easily be screened in for a summer sitting or sleeping porch-plus my cats would love that.

Some nice design features inside, but I can’t get past the “Pepto Bismal” color of the outside.

Wow, could have been soooooo much better. Am dissapointed in this one to say the least. I am usually one for only commenting if I have something positive to say. I simply just could not find anything worth giving an atta girl on this one.

I see people complaining about the large porch, but I think its great. In many places you can build up to a certain square footage without a permit. Often, the porch/patio and loft are not figured into the square footage. A loft that overhangs an outdoor porch space gives you way more space. Like everyone else though, I agree that there’s a lot of wasted space in this design.

It gives somewhere dry when unlocking your door to get in. It has a nice geometric appearance which that covered porch adds to. The inside doesn’t appeal to me compared to other tiny houses I’ve seen on here. Have seen campers and old school busses with more appealing and livable interiors on this website than this place. It has to have a unique exterior to have any appeal at all.

I hope you pee more than you cook because there is a lot more space in the bathroom to do your business than there is in the kitchen. (If you can call that 2 foot corner a “kitchen”.)

I’m most interested in the apparent location of two tiny homes next to each other (with a perfect neighborly path) in what seems like an ordinary neighborhood. I’d love to have a site where friends and family could come visit, and each have their own little house to stay in, while I stay in mine. I’d have some together space, too. Were there special permit requirements to build the two houses on what looks like one lot? Also, the exterior paint is so happy. Suggest handrails on the steps, possibly a ramp for wheelchair access.

No sink in the kitchen? Who does that? Guest house, maybe. Full-time living? No way.

Nice floor plan. Lose the drapes. Small is small and needs minis to work best. All that hideous fabric only detracts and gets in the total way of the eye.

I am sorry, I can not ever consider living in a Bubble Gum Pink Tiny House, and I don’t even think you could get me to live next door to one either….!

Bubblegum and Pepto Bismal! Hilarious! Neighbors must not be too happy about the colors. ( yes owners must like them but natalie, here., we must consider at least the paint color of the other houses in the area and not stand out too much….?

I don’t know which is more criminal, the exterior paint colours or the awful curtains! An assault on the senses.

Interesting set of TH. Although I have to agree with Susanne about the outside colors, they both reminds me too much of the movie The Stepford Wives. Perhaps the builders had a sense of humor making them, unfortunately, not for me. Sorry!

To each his/her own. 200 sq.ft. isn’t a lot. Everyone can purchase different paint and arrange the space as they wish. And yes the screened in porch is a good idea…or build the 2 back 2 back and build a porch/walkway/ sitting area between the two identical tiny houses.I
There are many ideas for such small space.
    THANK-YOU for sharing.
