Video Tour of the Red House

The Red House is a beautifully built 192 square foot micro home shell. The open concept main floor includes a built in kitchen counter, as well as a small finished room that could be used as either storage or a bathroom. Large strategically placed windows provide the home with cascading natural light throughout the day. The home features a 77 square foot open loft over the kitchen, accessed by a unique custom built pine stair case. The interior walls and ceiling have been finished with warm pine tongue and groove, while durable vinyl has been installed for flooring. The exterior of the home is protected by locally milled cedar siding and shingles. Enjoy the Red House as is, tie it into the grid, or add solar and appliances to create a fully sustainable off grid retreat.
